A special man. Decent through and through. He taught me so much. Never greedy. Always thankful. Always honest. First in his family to graduate college and go on to a profession. He earned his way through MIT in the depths of the depression. Forced to change careers from aeronautical engineering to structural engineering due to the prejudice against Jews of that day. Like me, loved photography and travel.

When he passed, I wrote a  short essay and a poem  in his honor.
